We’re committed to optimizing our service delivery and we’ve recently implemented a huge time saver that affects all of our clients.
When working with our team, you may notice a “Choose a time” link emailed to you. This link empowers you to find and book the time that works for you.
Options are displayed based on our team’s real-time availability, confirmed with automatic calendar invites, and followed up with non-invasive reminders.
Below is an example email showing the choose a time link.
You’ll be taken to a page that looks like the following.
From here you’ll select a time, enter the best phone number to reach you, and confirm your selection. You’ll be sent a calendar invite automatically.
On our end, our ticketing system will automatically place the ticket in a Schedule status and alert the appropriate Service Desk Technician.
We’ve been using this system over the last 60 days and have had amazing feedback on it.
