Getting Support Outside Standard Support Hours

PK Tech does monitor for new emailed in tickets remotely (sent to [email protected]) and we may step in to repair simple items at our own discretion. Additionally, we may schedule maintenance items outside our standard hours in order to ensure our client’s are not affected by downtime.

Anything needing significant work (disaster recovery, remote/on-site work) may be possible depending on our availability with the rate modifiers below. Prior to us starting any work we need in writing “I agree to the rate modifier” sent by an approver to [email protected]

The following is our rate multiplier table:

  • Between 5:01PM-7:59AM: 1.5x
  • Saturday-Sunday: 2x
  • Holidays: 3x
