Getting Support Outside Standard Support Hours
No need to worry! PK Tech does monitor our system for new tickets (sent to [email protected]) and we may step in to repair simple items at our own discretion. Moreover, we may also schedule maintenance services outside our standard hours to ensure you experience minimal downtime.
For anything that requires significant work, including disaster recovery and remote/on-site work, we may be able to set a schedule depending on our availability with the rate modifiers listed above. But before we start on any work, we require a written document stating “I agree to the rate modifier” sent to [email protected].
